1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing products strictly for research and laboratory use, and not for human or animal consumption.

2. Product nature

All products sold by Sigma Peptides are research-grade chemicals intended for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation only. We make no medical, therapeutic, or efficacy claims. Products are not approved by the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE), the U.S. FDA, or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary therapeutic use.

3. Orders, pricing, and delivery

Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). All sales are processed via cash on delivery within the UAE. We dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation; delivery typically 1–3 business days depending on emirate.

4. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final upon delivery and cash payment. Sealed product cannot be returned. If a delivered product is damaged in transit, contact us in your private portal within 48 hours for replacement.

5. Limitation of liability

Sigma Peptides accepts no liability for any use of these products outside of legitimate research and laboratory contexts.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
