Sigma Peptides ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Identity & contact: full name, phone number, emirate, when you submit our quiz or catalog request
- Order details: products requested, order value, delivery address (collected during chat), payment status
- Communications: messages exchanged in our private portal between you and our team
- Site usage (only with your analytics consent): anonymous session identifiers, page views, quiz answers, traffic source, approximate location (country/city derived from IP), device and browser type
How we use it
- To provide pricing, product recommendations, and process your order
- To deliver products to you (shared only with our courier partner)
- To improve our products, recommendations, and website
- To send you transactional updates about your order via our private portal only
- We do not send marketing messages outside the portal. We do not message you on WhatsApp. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
- Our courier partner (delivery address only, when shipping)
- Our backend infrastructure provider (Supabase) — data stored in their UAE/EU regions
- We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising tracking.
How long we keep it
Lead and order records: kept while operationally relevant, up to 5 years for tax and regulatory compliance. Anonymous analytics: 24 months.
Your rights under UAE PDPL
